of the common problems associated with exhibition logistics.Electrics - It is important to consider how you will relay electricity to the many stands around the exhibition area. It is likely that the majority of exhibitors will require electricity in order to operate computers and TVS etc.
Stands - Regardless of the size of your exhibition, you will need to source, move and position a large number of stands. This will need to consist of tables at the very least but, in all likelihood, you will want some form of separator between the different exhibitors. You also need to consider how you will get all of this equipment in and out of the building.
Plan of exhibitors - Once you have established how many exhibitors you will need to accommodate and the size of the tables/stand from which they will exhibit, you will need to draw up a plan to ensure that there is enough space to fit them all in and to ensure that people have enough space to walk amongst them.
Lighting - Does your venue have sufficient lighting? And if not, how will you fit temporary lights to bring the light up to the required level.
